Process flow of automatic frozen
French fries manufacturing plant are: Potatoes cleaning peeling, potatoes cutting, rinsing, blanching, vibration water removing, frying, de-oiling (air drying promotion), mixing materials, freezing, weighing and packing.
1, Peeling: Potatoes are washed by the potato peeling machine for cleaning and peeling.
2, Cutting: The peeled potatoes are cut into chips at a high speed by potato cutting machine.
3, Rinsing: The chips are sent into the ozone disinfection machine, for rinsing the mucous on the surface of chips.
4, Blanching: The cleaned chips into blanching machine for blanching, which can passivate the oxidase in chips, to prevent deterioration of colour and lustre, accelerate dehydration.
5, Vibration (Or hot air drying) water removing: After blanching, chips into the machine through vibration to remove excess water.
6, Frying: By elevating conveyer, chips are conveyed to frying machine for frying.
7, De-oiling (air drying promotion or vibration): Fried chips, after drying hoist for de-oil processing, into the mix machine for seasoning mixing.
8, Mixing materials: Seasoning machine has dip seasoning cylinder, automatic control speed and capacity of the material, equipped with automatic feeding device, can adjust the size of feeding amount, fully and evenly mix french fries and seasoning powder.
9, Weighing and packing: French fries after mixed with seasonings are conveyed to packaging machine by vacuum packaging or common packaging, can be mounted to the weighing mechanism(Which can be realized by ten scale french fries packing machine).
